I believe that happiness and optimum health are a combination of the physical and the mental. I use an holistic approach of helping my clients to improve their fitness levels and nutrition through exercise and diet, combined with improving their emotional well-being with the use of personal life coaching. I give my clients the choice of having either Personal Training or Life Coaching sessions with me, or a combination of both to allow for a more rounded approach to helping them on their journey to a healthier and happier life.

As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I specialise in weight loss, toning up and general fitness, with a keen interest in helping women to become more familiar with and enjoy weight training. Using a range of exercises and training methods to get the best out of you in our sessions, I can help you on your journey to starting your new fitness regime and helping you stick to it.

I can train you for 1:1 or 2:1 sessions in South West London (areas include Morden, Colliers Wood, Wimbledon, Wandsworth, Putney):

  • outdoors
  • in the home or in your apartment/complex gym
